The legal agreement governing access to and use of the Modern Research Labs website, customer accounts, and purchases.
Welcome to Modern Research Labs LLC (“Modern Research Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this website or purchase products from Modern Research Labs LLC.
Eligibility
By creating an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

- You are legally permitted to purchase Research Use Only (RUO) products.
- All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
- You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Modern Research Labs reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if eligibility requirements cannot be verified.
Research Use Only
All products sold by Modern Research Labs LLC are sold exclusively for laboratory Research Use Only (RUO). Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing by Modern Research Labs LLC, our products are not intended for:
- Human consumption
- Veterinary use
- Medical use
- Therapeutic use
- Diagnostic use
- Cosmetic use
- Food use
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, treatment recommendations, or instructions for human or veterinary use. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products are purchased and used only in a manner consistent with their Research Use Only designation.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Use this website only for lawful purposes.
- Maintain accurate account and billing information.
- Protect the confidentiality of account credentials.
- Promptly notify Modern Research Labs of unauthorized account activity.
- Purchase and use products only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Orders

Payments

If a payment issue occurs, customers are encouraged to contact Modern Research Labs before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we may attempt to resolve the matter promptly.
Shipping
Shipping is governed by the Modern Research Labs Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are provided by shipping carriers and cannot be guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier unless otherwise required by law.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Modern Research Labs Return & Refund Policy.
Research Use Compliance and Account Enforcement
Modern Research Labs LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, cancel orders, suspend or restrict customer accounts, or permanently terminate purchasing privileges if a customer:
- Represents, implies, or indicates that products will be used for human or veterinary purposes.
- Requests advice regarding human or veterinary use.
- Violates these Terms of Service.
- Provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Engages in unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
- Attempts to circumvent age verification, purchase eligibility requirements, payment security measures, or other website controls.
Termination or suspension of an account does not relieve a customer of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, graphics, product images, text, documents, website content, software, and other materials displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Modern Research Labs LLC unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or otherwise used without prior written permission from Modern Research Labs LLC.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for any express representations contained in applicable product documentation or otherwise required by law, this website and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Modern Research Labs LLC disclaims all express and implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Severability
