Refund eligibility, non-refundable items, and how to submit a refund request.
Modern Research Labs LLC is committed to providing fair, transparent, and consistent handling of refund requests while maintaining compliance with applicable payment processor, Visa, and Mastercard requirements.
Research Use Only
All products sold by Modern Research Labs LLC are intended solely for laboratory research purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect product shipped
- Product damaged during shipping
- Product lost in transit (after carrier investigation)
- Duplicate order placed in error
- Order canceled prior to shipment
Refund requests are evaluated individually and must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery unless otherwise required by law.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Products after they have been opened or altered
- Orders delivered correctly as ordered
- Customer ordering errors after shipment
- Products purchased for purposes inconsistent with Research Use Only
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, contact Modern Research Labs LLC by email with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs if damage is involved
- Any additional supporting documentation
Our team will review all requests and respond as quickly as possible.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, reimbursement will generally be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times depend on the customer’s financial institution and payment processor.
Research Use Compliance
Nothing in this Refund Policy alters or limits the Research Use Only status of products sold by Modern Research Labs LLC.
