Order processing times, FedEx 2Day shipping, package protection, and delivery expectations.
Modern Research Labs LLC is committed to providing prompt, secure, and reliable shipping for all Research Use Only (RUO) products.
Order Processing
Orders received before 10:00 AM Pacific Time (1:00 PM Eastern Time), Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays), ship the same business day.
Orders received after the daily shipping cutoff ship on the next business day.
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorized.
Modern Research Labs reserves the right to delay shipment if additional payment verification, fraud prevention measures, or regulatory review is required.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via FedEx 2Day.
Tracking information is emailed once your package has been accepted by FedEx.
Delivery times begin after the carrier has accepted the shipment. Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Package Protection
Every shipment from Modern Research Labs includes package protection against loss or damage during transit at no additional charge to the customer. Eligible shipments are protected for up to $300 while in transit.
If your shipment is lost, arrives damaged, or appears to be missing, please contact us immediately at support@modernresearchlabs.co. We will promptly investigate the shipment, coordinate with the carrier when necessary, and work toward a timely resolution.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, please contact support@modernresearchlabs.co immediately. While changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests before fulfillment begins.
Shipping Restrictions
Products are shipped only to locations currently serviced by Modern Research Labs. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be rerouted due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Research Use Only
All products sold by Modern Research Labs are intended solely for laboratory research purposes. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or clinical application.
Returns
Return requests must be initiated by contacting Modern Research Labs before any product is returned. To request return authorization, please contact support@modernresearchlabs.co. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.
